A runner from South China.
The title of my blog comes from my habit to run very early in the morning and be back home by 7am.
Running in China can be very challenging at times and requires a lot of determination, but is also a good way to make yourself at home here...

it is coming.....
this is in store for the week-end...Severe Typhoon Megi. Probably running might be slightly affected....
(let's hope not too much devastation. It will hit shores in the East Guangdong, which is already a poor area...)
I wonder do you do foot strengthening exercises, ie walking along by pulling yourself forward by flexing your toes etc? also I'm now finished 3 weeks of the trigger point performance workouts[ trigger point massage- dynamic stretches-strength exercises] and the difference is amazing, my sciatic problem has almost gone, my posture has greatly improved and even my range of movement is better. Yesterday I ran a tough sandhill couse 4 mins faster than last week with the same effort!
